Job Description

Ripple Junction, one of the fastest-growing purveyors of improbably awesome licensed apparel and merchandise, is seeking a Sales Director to create and drive Sales Strategy, develop and grow relationships with customers, manage and assist the inside sales team and outside representatives, and expand channels of distribution.

The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader and manager who takes personal accountability for decision making and overall sales. In addition, they will have outstanding communication skills to help develop and coach our existing employees, with a keen focus on our customers.

This individual will be responsible for implementing the most appropriate and effective sales strategies and structures to achieve revenue and margin goals, secure new business opportunities and create an environment where the company and its customers can be mutually successful. As a Director, the candidate will establish goals and forecasts for each of our apparel and accessories categories in alignment with our business objectives, and make recommendations on the most effective ways to market our brands to our target customers.
