The Digital Customer Service Representative (DCSR) will be responsible for providing world-class service to Igloo’s digital customers. The DCSR will be a first-of-its-kind position at Igloo helping to set the standard for customer service and also aid in discovery of how we will operate in the future. Wherever our customers may be seeking assistance, the DCSR will be there, to deliver solutions immediately and effectively for our customers.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

⏵ Act as first, and main, Point of Contact (POC) for our customers online

⏵ Address all customer inquiries as they happen in-site at

⏵ Play “offense” with customer service by seeking out customers in need on social media

⏵ Identify and use software to aid in finding, ticketing, directing or solving customer needs

⏵ Direct inquiries to customer service agency that cannot be solved immediately

⏵ Address all inbound inquiries via “marketing@”, “sponsorship@”, and “” email boxes

⏵ Document all processes and FAQs that may be solved with AI or additional CSR’s during heavy volume times

⏵ Embody Igloo culture in all customer interactions

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

⏵ Education: 4-year High School diploma, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

⏵ Experience: Two (2) years of relevant work experience in customer service, retail sales, PR, or marketing communications

⏵ U.S. market experience

⏵ English language skills: Must be able to read, speak, write, and comprehend English

⏵ Proficient with Microsoft Office

⏵ Excellent people skills

⏵ Constant positive attitude

⏵ Highly organized

⏵ Work environment: General Office environment.

⏵ Must be able to lift up to 25lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

⏵ Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service ticketing software
