Job Summary Statement:

The Senior Project Manager, Playmate and Partnerships will be responsible for managing department projects from concept to consumer.

They will be a key ally to the VP, Playmate and Partnerships, responsible for turning a significant piece of the strategic plan into results. They will work hand in hand with Playmate and Partnership category managers, external agencies, and consultants to ensure approved project briefs are executed on time, in budget, achieve sales goals, and deliver relevant post-mortem data for share-out to broader team members.

The Senior Project Manager will receive and use approved Project Briefs to work cross functionally to complete merchandise plans, product and packaging artwork, creative approvals from license partners, marketing and sales plans, then deliver project on-time to procurement and supply chain team. The Senior Product Manager will create the Product Launch Calendar, provide briefs to the Distribution teams for sell-in, and work with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure assets are created and delivered on time to Distribution and Communications teams for Product Launch and sell-through support. Finally, they will work with the finance team to collect sales data for reporting back to VP, Playmate and Partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a background in product line management, licensing, and consumer goods. They should be ready to bring their energy, creativity, and experience to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They will be impeccably organized, detail oriented, and data driven. They will demonstrate cross-functional agility and strong communication skills. They must be a people person, ready and eager to work with all types of personalities both internal and external.
