Salty Crew is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer – Printables to join the team.
Rolls & Responsibilities:
• Mange the Printables category for in season and SMU. This would include artwork for T-shirts, Fleece, and supporting the needs of the apparel department.
• Create in season design briefs for printables that align with the apparel seasonal briefs.
• Design innovative graphics for Men’s and Youth apparel lines that are consistent with Salty Crew’s brand image.
• Collaborate with the Apparel Designers, presenting your designs and taking creative feedback.
• Create detailed artwork call outs with specifications on print technique, color swatches, etc.
• Responsible for all seasonal tech packs, art sizing and strike offs comment with Apparel Designers.
• Work closely with Apparel Design Team to maintain calendar deadlines.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Production Artist, Graphic Designer or similar role
• Experience with Domestic and Off Shore screen-printing, inks and printing techniques.
• Portfolio of completed graphic art
• Strong experience with graphic design software (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creativity skills with attention to detail
• Ability to Travel Domestically – 10%
