About the job
The Clothing Coordinator is pivotal in helping Triumph maximize clothing and merchandise sales and marketing activities at both the national and dealer level.
As a key member of the Triumph Motorcycles America team, you will be responsible for being the clothing and merchandise product expert and ensuring the dealer network has sufficient skills and knowledge of Triumph products to maximize their sales. Other responsibilities include maintaining marketing plans, shipment schedules and managing your P&L (Profit and Losses). You will also help guide central product development by providing market information and product feedback on quality, diversity and price. The goal is to ensure we have the right product, with the right placement and the right pricing to grow the business by 50% over the next 4 years.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to develop and monitor clothing budget.
•Research and analyse market information to help Triumph understand the trends of products, categories, margins and forecasts to better place Triumph in the wholesale and retail sales market in terms of quality, diversity and price.
•Work with internal and external teams to create marketing collateral, imagery, Point of Purchase displays, product placements and seasonal displays to drive increased brand awareness and traffic both in dealership and across our digital channels (Social, eCommerce, Consumer and email).
•Primary owner of Clothing and Merchandise and display guide. Create the marketing materials, seasonal looks and seasonal displays.
•Occasionally develop North America specific casual apparel and merchandise to fill product holes in the global product plan.
•Develop and track monthly shipments inbound from suppliers and outbound to dealers.
•Assist in forming key strategic partnerships focused on liquidating aged inventory and extending our retail channels.
