Program Manager, Digital Personalization Apply Share Posted Date: Mar-28-2019 Job ID: 13817 Job Type: Full Time City: Kent State: Washington Store: Kent Headquarters What's cool about this job The Digital Personalization Program Manager will partner with business and technical teams to integrate personalization and relevancy tools into the creation of the digital experience, enabling a relevant, easy and delightful experience for our digital customers. This role will drive cross-divisional work, develop and document governance and process standards for personalization integration, and work with analytics to help build an understanding of the value personalization brings to our customers partnering closely with the Sr. Program Manager. Experience with RichRelevance or other personalization and recommendation engines preferred. Bring your passion and expertise Technical & Business Blended Perspective: Own and immerse oneself in the current tool(s) thoroughly enough to translate technical issues and requirements between business, analytic and technical teams. Develop governance and document guidelines, trainings and shepherding use of rules/strategy deployment. Facilitate vendor consultant engagement and communications as it pertains to relevant projects. Contribute to communications plans that inform, energize and mobilize all contributors and stakeholders in the same direction. Analytic Aptitude: Be self-sufficient in accessing and validating data efficiently and developing insights that tie to the overall digital business, eventually linking to omnichannel impact. Ensure data collection and Adobe tagging are in place to support measurement and learning objectives of personalization tools working with the appropriate partners. Ensure multiple partners have the slices of reporting they need by working with analytics team to commission actionable, readable, dynamic dashboards.
