The Security Identity Access Management Domain Architect contributes to REI’s success by maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets by driving longer-range strategic improvements in the security IAM program including access management, privileged access, identity governance & administration, identity analytics and user behavior analysis, and identity data services in a cloud hybrid enterprise. Your ability to influence is critical and you’ll be digging deep into highly technical, complex and distributed systems.

! Communicates/collaborates/partners effectively with senior leadership, business and IT leaders, other architects, individual contributors/business users, engineers/analysts, etc., demonstrating ability to tailor communications to any audience
! Able to balance IAM security needs and priorities while unblocking business enablement
! Develops and provides holistic AS-IS and TO-BE views of the IAM security space to help everyone understand key capabilities, overlaps, gaps, etc.
! Architecture must be designed to attend to present needs while anticipating and providing for future (known or unknown) capabilities
! Participates with other architects as equals, able to follow architectural processes and serve the needs of the architectural community
! Collects and produces data-based architectural artifacts such as strategy, roadmaps, key decisions, and conceptual and architectural models
! Works on highly complex tasks or project assignments to analyze, design, develop, implement, document, and maintain systems and solutions
! Mentors and provides direction to security engineers & analysts on IAM security best practices
! Ideally you will value simple and usable security solutions that deliver iterative value to the business
! Architecture must be designed to attend to present needs while anticipating and providing for future (known or unknown) capabilities

Bring your passion and expertise

! 10 years’ professional experience in engineering and architecting IAM systems on-prem and in the cloud. cloud-based or online services security engineering
! Architectural level experience in cloud-based or online services related activity
! 10 years’ experience and demonstrated ability in designing and engineering IAM solutions
! Demonstrated critical thinking skills; familiar with tools for structured decision making
! Able to form working relationships and drive alignment with diverse stakeholders
! Excellent written and oral communication skills; can effectively communicate complex technical concepts
! Able to drive multiple parallel projects in different phases at the same time, and has been involved in at least 3 Cloud-based/online services scale projects
! 7+ years’ experience in design, and architecting an Active Directory paradigm and ecosystem, including supporting tools
! Experience and understanding of cyber security in one or more of the following disciplines: network engineering, Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, public key infrastructure, web applications
! Integral roles
! Requirements review and validation
! Solution design
! Technical quality assurance
! Solution development and configuration
! Test planning, test cases, and test execution oversight
! Lead training and knowledge transfer

! BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
