The Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a high visibility role, contributing to REI’s success by providing administrative, program and executive candidate support to the Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will provide world-class experiences for executive candidates through all stages of the recruiting experience. You will be direct support to Executive Recruiting, this person will be coordinating all stages of the recruiting process from initial screen and onsite interviews to exceptional onboarding experiences. You will own the executive candidate experience and develop creative solutions for all touch points through the process including but not limited to coordinating events, reimagining executive candidate communication, and primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interview process.

In close partnership with the broader Talent Acquisition Team and Talent Acquisition Coordinators, you will support team initiatives and identify opportunities to develop cohesion and reduce friction in the recruiting process. You will own the processes for ensuring a successful executive candidate interview experience, facilitates candidate travel arrangements, supports key department programs, and identifies opportunities to continuously improve the experience. You will also develop and establish effective working relationships with hiring managers, executive assistants, candidates, HR colleagues and vendors while delivering on department goals and objectives.

Essential Leadership Behaviors
Coordinates, schedules, and facilitates Executive candidate interviews providing a white glove and high touch experience for the candidate and hiring manager
Developing creative candidate experiences from initial conversation and interview collateral to interviews and ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding
Coordinates all candidate interview travel arrangements and processes reimbursement requests in a timely manner
Listening to and anticipating customer needs to proactively provide an exceptional experience above and beyond customer expectations
Purchase and keeps track of candidate gifts for executive candidates
Ensures gifts are delivered to candidates
Helps executive recruiter and hiring manager with hiring/onboarding logistics
Coordinates candidate relocation travel arrangements as agreed upon through our relocation vendor
Manages project completion for ATS and other Executive Recruiting programmatic enhancements
Coordinates Executive Networking program from networking events to executive referrals
Supports and coordinates Candidate and Hiring Manager Survey process
Supports Executive Recruiter with search firm engagement, scheduling, and tracking of search firm candidates in our applicant tracking system
Reconciles invoices for search firm fees and other executive recruiting expenses
Supports Executive Recruiting with the candidate and vendor scheduling and travel arrangements
Provides back up scheduling help to the Talent Acquisition Coordinators to help cover for vacations and busy periods
Supports additional key department programs and performs other related duties as assigned

Knowledge of SharePoint and of applicant tracking systems
Proficient in managing complex and highly visible recruiting activities such as interview scheduling and travel arrangements for senor leaders
Experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform job duties and/or dealing with customers in a demanding high-volume environment
2-3 years’ experience in Human Resources – specifically recruiting coordination and/or related experience
