Job Description
Dreamruns has an opening for an e-commerce specialist, (full time.) We'd like for someone to have an interest in skiing, snowboarding or mountain biking. This position will mainly entail working with vendors to get product information and adding it to our inventory system and website. It will be very heavy on Excel. We are growing rapidly so this position could lead to further career opportunities, as we'd like to promote from within.
Main Responsibilities:
• BUILD winning, page 1 items by ensuring in-stock availability, on-site visibility, and best-in-class content & SEO
• Creating, editing, and updating new product listings on Amazon, Shopify and eBay.
• Monitoring and resolving day to day product page and account issues
• Managing all aspects of product merchandising, product attribute, and image uploads.
• Ensuring brand content is current, relevant, accurate, engaging, and SEO optimized for organic search
• Partnering with social team to handle consumer reviews, feedback, and questions; mining them for insights/trends/etc.
• Managing day to day online media budget, ensuring strategy by product line is being implemented effectively
• Strategically designing and managing product launches (ie. media plan, VPC promotions, etc)
analyze performance using a variety of data sources
• Providing, tracking and analyzing performance using a variety of data sources, with the ability to deliver insights and action plans for improvement
• Monitoring emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities
• Staying up-to-date with current and developing eCommerce trends, research, and competitive landscape
• Providing detailed analytic reports on sales drivers in order to evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Driving key processes such as keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO optimization
• Managing KPI reports, ROI analysis
• Identifying untapped pack/product assortment opportunities to drive the business
• Participate in weekly department meetings
