WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator - Tattoo Industry interest and experience will play a key role in this position. They will be a problem-solver that's passionate about establishing relationships and driving operational efficiency. The candidate will be dependable, responsive and pragmatic in a role that requires teamwork, organization and critical thinking!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you'll be responsible for driving our artist marketing operations including but not limited to: product seeding & management, artist onboarding, contracts, and sponsorship performance tracking. You will have experience in artist or athlete marketing, and have the ability to build relationships with artists. You will be a key collaborator in representing Bishop Tattoo Supply Artist Marketing in regular cross-functional meetings, where you'll work directly with Marketing, Shipping, and Production teams to align and drive business priorities.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be reporting to the Bishop Marketing Director and will work alongside: Global Artist Marketing Manager & Social Media Manager, Content Team, Shipping, and Production as well as other key business partners
WHAT YOU BRING
- Detail-oriented, hard working, friendly and considerate attitude.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing or combination of relevant education, experience and training.
- Demonstrated ability in Artist Marketing or Sports Marketing, Brand Marketing & Social Media Marketing
- 3+ years expertise with high profile artists/musicians/athletes in a professional environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including: meeting facilitation and presentations.
- Proficient in project management, leveraging tools such as Keynote and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of Bishop Tattoo Supply Artists and the Global Tattoo Landscape.
- Passionate about Tattoos. Tattoo convention experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed.
- Superior organizational skills, Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and handle constructive criticism.
- Website Maintenance of Sponsored Artist Pro Team (Shopify) updating with current photos, adding new products and ensure all Artists have accurate info and content.
- Ability to work as part of a team and excited to join the family dynamic here at Bishop.
