Shipping / Receiving Manager Job in Lake Forest, CA

We have an immediate opening on our warehouse team for a full-time shipping manager. This position will report to the Order Processing Manager and will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on-time using a variety of software applications. Packing & unpacking boxes, applying labels, occasionally lifting 25-35 lbs., and occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs. The right candidate will have computer skills, be detail-oriented, be able to work both independently and in a team setting, and be eager to learn in a fast paced warehouse environment. The core hours for this position are M-F, 9:00am – 5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities –
Pick, Pack & Ship
• Build orders accurately and efficiently, and pack according to ship method
• Apply labels as needed to meet customer requirements
• Ship orders independently using Fedex Ship Manager & UPS Worldship
• Understanding proper paperwork for international shipping

Product Handling
• Review shipping documents for accuracy to receive product
• Replenish & restock inventory

General Duties
• Prep product for shipping by breaking down master cartons and restacking
• General warehouse cleanup and organization
• Cycle count inventory as directed
• PO Receiving and processing
