The National Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing the sales policies and programs for Ojai Energetics in the U.S. The ideal candidate will also ensure that these policies are coordinated with other company initiatives including, but not limited to, brand positioning, advertising, marketing, promotion and product development.

The National Sales Manager will assume the following roles and responsibilities:

• Manage the sales representative force to increase dealer base and increase overall sales turnover and gross margins. In addition, work interactively with the sales force to create new ideas and sales programs, increase new accounts and increase sales penetration at existing accounts.
• Become an integral member of U.S. management team responsible for developing company direction, staffing levels, policies and budgets.
• Interact with Product team in identifying and addressing trends for product development. Present U.S. sales surveys, new ideas (both product and strategy) and statistics to support particular company position and direction.
• Participate in presentations of new product lines and technologies at national sales meetings, buying groups, trade shows, etc.
• Ideal candidate will possess formidable negotiation and communication skills, and be capable of communicating effectively with individuals at all levels, both internal and external to the company.
• Extensive knowledge required of health/wellness industry practices and competitive landscape is required.
