BTO Sports, Inc. is now accepting applications for a part-time office and administrative assistant with previous experience in a similar role. Preferred candidates are extremely organized, excellent communicators, and are able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. This position aims to support the management team and other departments within the business in an efficient and effective manner.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

-maintain accurate and organized paper and digital records
-communicate with various vendors for deliveries, appointments, or maintenance
-arrange regular building maintenances such as air conditioning, electrical work, alarm testing, fire extinguisher services, etc.
-run monthly reports and communicate data back to appropriate personnel
-keep track of consumable inventory and re-stock as needed
-research a variety of subjects and communicate findings back to appropriate personnel
-read internal reports and assist management team with various sales/web/admin tasks
-assist other departments with ongoing or one-time projects, this may include the warehouse, accounting, or graphics departments

This position will report directly to the management team and on occasion, company owner. Successful candidates are independent workers and team players with great time management skills.
