Job Description

Located in Irvine, California, Flojos one of the Original Sandal companies, is seeking a Sales Coordinator/Customer Service Associate who is detail oriented, organized and highly motivated. Individual must be able to work within a small, open office environment. Flojos is a fun, casual environment with great energy!

This is an extremely detail oriented position, and qualified applicants have to possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, be personable, and be quick learners that are adept to mutli-tasking.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES // Include:
• Prepare sales orders for International Distributors and coordinate shipments
• Prepare the weekly inventory availability report for the sales staff
• Responsible for providing superior customer service, which will entail replying to customer emails and phones calls, processing domestic orders and changes to orders, and contacting customers to resolve issues.
• Online order processing through multiple platforms.
• Update and submit current inventory CSV file to all drop ship suppliers
• Assist with sales order data entry for retail stores and other .coms
• Research customer inquiries and concerns, and respond in a timely manner
• Assist in the development of the annual catalog
• Assist in all areas of customer service
• Assist management and staff as needed
• Answer Phones

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES // include, but are not limited to:
• Receiving samples into showroom
• Preparing salesman and buying office sample packages
• Filing
• Other duties as assigned
• Possible occasional travel

Job Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS //
• Self-starter and team player
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Customer service experience
• Some accounting experience a plus
