Job Description

We are looking for a bright individual with customer service experience that will be able to grow with the company.

In this role, it is important to develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, customers and others. The CSR will assist in the daily duties of customer service, sales support and coordinate flow of information with factory. The position will require communication with accounts, Factory, sales reps, as well as working closely with other departments and our distribution center.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Bilingual Spanish is a Plus.
• Order processing. Learn our SAP system.
• Return Authorization and Credit Memo processing.
• Setting up new accounts in customer data base.
• Supporting sales reps with information needed.
• Resolve customer concerns/inquiries in a timely professional manner.
• Run reports daily in order to maintain a seamless flow of orders to our DC as well as our factory.
• Knowledge of product in order to help with inquiries.
• Work with major accounts including EDI customers.
• Order management as well as order processing.
• product Allocation
• Keep close contact with the warehouse & factory to ensure orders are going out in a timely matter
• Become familiar with major accounts and their special needs.
• ECOM Customer Service Support







Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service/Inside Sales or Support Position
• Responsible for order tracking, problem resolution and customer interface
• Strong written, verbal and analytical skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, 10 key and data entry skills
• Experience with Order Mgt. Computer Systems
• Background in the surf, Skate & outdoor industry & passion for fashion lifestyle is a plus
• Must be a self-motivated team player and demonstrate a high degree of focus and work prioritization within an ever changing, fast paced environment
