CL+CA is looking for an energetic, qualified Front Desk / Customer Relations person. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
- Answer questions and address all inquiries from visitor and online customers.
- Prepare outgoing parcels for sales reps and online orders. Pulling and arranging parcels etc.
- Manage daily customer service inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other media.
- Facilitate warranty concerns including returns and replacement items.
- Monitor and bookkeep inventory. Coordinate with fulfillment warehouse and sales needs daily.
- Take up other duties as assigned (Trade show, travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
