Cotton Links is a manufacturer of premium lifestyle apparel with vertical manufacturing setup in both California and Mexico.
We are seeking a motivated professional, who is organized and familiar with the Action Sports & Outdoor industries. Must have the ability to problem solve effectively, communicate clearly with customers and in-house team, and work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy.
The Production Assistant will support the production department. Duties include coordination between clients, suppliers and factories as well as general clerical task such as preparation of work orders, pricing, and follow up on details to complete production cycle and special projects.
⏵ Manage and edit orders received for price and availability, style/color accuracy.
⏵ Answers questions about products, availability and other information.
⏵ Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
⏵ Supports order tracking, price quoting, and scheduling.
⏵ Communicate with production, sales, shipping, warehouse.
⏵ Compute correct pricing, availability, ship date, and communicate this info back to clients, retailers/sales reps as needed.
⏵ Obtains artwork files on custom apparel projects and coordinates with in house development team, design to keep projects moving in a timely manner into production.
⏵ Maintains accurate order entry and management of existing orders to internally and externally and allow for smooth daily transactions.
⏵ Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates, utilizing Excel spreadsheet system to monitor timely arrivals. Communicate with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, personnel to expedite shipments.
⏵ Works effectively with others in a team-based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.
⏵ Assists with other tasks or projects as assigned.
Exceptional time management, ability to move through tasks quickly and accurately, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing; manage conflict to negotiate positive outcome; consistent follow-through and effective work planning; knowledge of Cotton Links products and its functionality.
⏵ 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer Service.
⏵ Responsible for order tracking, problem resolution and customer interface
⏵ Strong written, verbal and highly organized with excellent time management skills
⏵ Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, data entry skills with experience with Order Mgt. Computer Systems.
⏵ Background in the Actions Sports [Surf, Skate and Snow] & Outdoor industries & passion for fashion lifestyle is a plus
⏵ Must be a self-motivated team player and demonstrate a high degree of focus and work prioritization within an ever changing, fast paced environment
