Cotton Links CA is a California based full-service apparel and design house. We manufacture of premium products, from basic premium tees to custom cut & sew development and production services. We are a one stop shop for manufacturer & brands looking to elevate their offerings. We work with many of todays top brands and now are expanding having great success with our partners.

We are looking for an Inhouse customer service / production coordinator to join our team in Santa Ana, CA headquarters. This position is responsible for helping with the day-to-day innerworkings of customer relations, and the production coordination process. We need a flexible employee that can wear different hats and not afraid to get their hands dirty and contribute to the team with their ideas.

Candidate MUST have 2+ years of customer service experience. Specific experience with soft goods production coordination, action sports, athleisure, or fashion apparel industry experience is a huge plus. Candidate must have experience reviewing purchase orders, data entry, tracking of shipments, and thorough understanding of proper business communication and follow up.

Qualified candidates must be very detail oriented and organized, be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience working with PLM software like Apparel Magic is a plus.

Job duties include:

Development:
- Reviewing customer tech packs.
- Send tech packs to selected factories.
- Answering factory questions about tech packs.
- Comparing samples to tech packs to assure consistency.
- Organizing fabrics for lab dips.

Costing:
- Confirm FOB pricing with the factory and calculate landed prices.
- Create cost sheets and production timelines for each style once price is confirmed.
- Prepare customer quotes for production reviews.

Monitor Production Timeline & Deliveries:
- Manage and maintain WIP report.
- Communicate any factory or shipping related issues for fixes to maintain exit dates.

Samples:
- Review Preproduction/ Top samples and send out to customers.
- Communicate revisions/ approvals with factories to ensure correct execution of style.

Compliance:
- Review all account vendor manuals and ensure that we are meeting all customer requirements for development and production processes.
Communication:
- Daily correspondence with sale team, factories and customers to manage production/delivery issues.
- Work closely with Development and production team to ensure correct execution and sample making.
