SYNC Performance is in search of a Customer Service Expert to join the team in Vail, CO.

POSITION SUMMARY //
As a Customer Service Expert and Direct To Consumer Ninja you will make sure that all interactions with our customers delight and amaze them. We have the goal of being the easiest company in the winter sports industry to do business with. You will be a major part of fulfilling that vision.

It’s also important to know that SYNC is a new company, growing quickly with a small team. Be ready to jump in, roll up your sleeves and make a difference. We are looking for “doers”.

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Work with our customers who have questions about the product, an order, shipping or anything relating to our business.
• Respond to inquiries QUICKLY
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with broad authority to do the right thing
• Be detailed in gathering information related to any issue that needs to be escalated or requires follow up
• Own the on-boarding of new wholesale and team and club accounts through account set up and verification
• Manage pipeline of pre-season orders from wholesale accounts
• Work directly with wholesale accounts on order details and invoicing
• Be the Ninja organizer to keep team and club workflow expedient and efficient
• Own the workflow and pipeline of deals for team and club, supporting the sales team as necessary
• Put in place best practices for delighting and amazing our customers
• Be available to help at events with a smile and stoke
• Help grow SYNC through your unique perspectives and abilities
• Communicate and report on job KPI's to MGMT and investors
• Help in annual budgeting
• Close the books at month end
• Consistently go above and beyond

Job Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE //
• Bachelor degree required
• Intimate knowledge of the ski racing world
• Must be able to type
• Excel knowledge required, mastery preferred
• Basic accounting principle required

KEY COMPETENCIES //
• You need to be able to communicate effectively and efficiently, excellent spelling and grammar is a must to avoid the wrath of the Dark Lord of the English Language
• You need to be intelligent, thoughtful and articulate
• Excellent phone skills a must
• You must be able to analyze and solve problems on your own
• You must have great attention to detail and accuracy
• You must be customer focused
• You need to have a high tolerance for stress
