Position Overview:

The Mobile Cooling Technical Promoter will build and maintain influential relationships with dealers and consumers to create demand and sell-through of our mobile cooling products. They will work with the National Sales Manager and territory sales agencies to provide product presentations, sales training, technical product support, sales opportunity identification, and customer service in their designated region. This “Road Warrior” position reports directly to the National Sales Manager for Mobile Cooling.

Duties:

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with accounts by delivering world-class support and training at the retail store level
• Engage regularly with consumers at trade shows and events, promoting the Dometic message and product offering
• Responsible for communicating with local and corporate management on: new opportunities, consumer feedback, competitive pricing, product changes and market introductions, and escalating customer issues/concerns as needed
• Maintain and grow core product line market share in a positive, professional manner
• Introduce new product launches to consumers and promote benefit/value added features
• Assist local sales agencies with product presentations in a professional, corporate atmosphere
• Stay abreast of industry changes and participate in organizations involved with core markets; maintain technical proficiency of our product line in order to provide support and value to customers
• Possess and maintain detailed product knowledge in order to perform product audits, technical installations, and customer training
• Conduct and participate in market studies, focus groups, and other special requests as needed
• Complete other duties as assigned
