Job Requirements
Job Duties Include

Marketing Management
• Maintain a competitive and unique brand standard and brand voice across all digital media
• Manage a brand ambassador team and recruit new ambassadors. Integrate flow of ambassador content into posting schedule
• Adhere to and track the usage of separate monthly marketing budgets for each location
• Manage all written and visual content curation. Including but not limited to copywriting, project management of graphic design, project management of photography, and curation of photography
• Maintain a consistent content calendar for all social media platforms and share upcoming content calendar with management on a weekly basis
• Track growth across all platforms and adjust scheduled content to meet growth needs
• Create and monitor ad campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager
• Write and edit copy for press releases, social & web content, and product descriptions
• Monitor all social media platform interactions to respond in a timely manner
• Keep website updated
• Manage task list for our Marketing Intern
• Works closely with ownership to enforce brand standard across all digital media platforms and to plan for future campaigns, product releases, and assist in product design process

Event Coordination
• Plan compelling and exciting brewery events to attract new and existing customers
• Maintain weekly and monthly in-house events calendars
• Generate and distribute event marketing materials including design, photography, and copy, as well as ticket sales and ads when necessary, with the appropriate lead time to meet event success goals
• Adhere to and track monthly events budget
• Track event success through comparison of actual net profit to expected net profit
• Keep bar staff well informed on upcoming events for internal marketing
• Works closely with taproom manager
