YOUR MISSION
• Interact with end user consumers, provide critical warranty and customer service – solving problems from start to finish
• Responsible for building and maintaining bikes, and resolving sometimes complex technical issues in a timely fashion
• Additional responsibilities include maintenance and organization of service related paperwork and records in company database
• Service Technician will maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop in conjunction with the Service Manager
• Service Technician will assist Service Manager with repairs and refurbishments for all customer warranty cases
• Help to manage parts and frame inventory necessary to support warranty functions
• Interact with customers to provide technical guidance related to our products (using email and phone)
• Provide suggestions regarding product issues based on feedback from the market and cycling trends
• Provide assistance to warehouse operations (receiving, shipping) as required
