YT Industries is seeking a Customer Service Agent in San Clemente, CA.

YOUR MISSION
• Interact with end user, provide critical customer service and troubleshooting guidance
• Serve as the first point of contact with customers via phone or email
• Provide expert level guidance when choosing bike model and size
• Proactively contact customers with order updates or delays
• Candidate must be able to work with a high sense of urgency and well under pressure
• Develop dynamic solutions to solve service related issues; be a problem solver
• Learn and understand market segments, industry trends, strategy, and appropriate products
• Facilitate positive, proactive communication amongst all internal departments

WHAT YOU BRING IN
• Minimum a college degree and 3+ years’ work experience in the bicycle industry in a consultative sales and technical role
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on mentality with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Team player with a passion for mountain biking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Outlook are essential)
• Ability to travel domestically (conventions, bike demo tours, etc.) is required
