YT Industries is seeking a Project Coordinator in San Clemente, CA.
YOUR MISSION:
• Development of an integrated event concept for the US market
• Execute and proactively manage Rolling Circus stops all over the US
• Planning and coordination of marketing activities for events in close cooperation with the YT HQ
• Personnel planning and briefing of external service providers (event hands, photographers etc.)
• Control and adherence to budget targets and scheduling
• Documentation, follow-up and monitoring of the success of events held
• Responsible for demo van & trailer, demo bikes and all associated event equipment
• Open tasks as required
