YT Industries makes bad ass mountain bikes, and we have an opening in our San Clemente, Calif. showroom.

We're looking for a Showroom Lead to join the squad.

YOUR MISSION
• Assist the Manager in leading the Showroom team in its goal of giving excellent Customer Service and assistance in order to build brand loyalty
• Execute Showroom product flow, restocking, overall back of Showroom operations, supply needs, and daily Showroom maintenance as directed by the Showroom Manager
• Partner with the Showroom Manager to facilitate employee training, product training, and career development
• Greet and assist customers with a positive and passionate attitude for YT products
• Provide expert level guidance for all YT products including suspension set up, suspension details, and all bike componentry
• Develop dynamic solutions to solve service-related issues
• Learn and understand market segments, industry trends, strategy, and appropriate products
• Proficiently Operate Showroom point-of-sale system
