Layrite Deluxe Pomade is looking for a full-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team at our headquarters in Costa Mesa.
This individual will work closely with customers, wholesalers, sales reps and shipping facilities to provide daily support.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
-Responsible for helping the team with order entry, follow up, sales orders and general requests pertaining to the orders.
-Courteous and helpful telephone communication to ensure positive resolution of customer and team needs
-Other duties to be assigned as needed
