Woodward is in search of a full-time, year-round Marketing Lead to join the team in Woodward, PA.

POSITION SUMMARY //
Woodward Pennsylvania is looking for a Marketing Lead responsible for marketing the Woodward brand and camp experience to drive camper enrollment and off-season promotions.His/her day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating marketing projects and creative staff, leading marketing events, managing social media content and email campaigns, and coordinating off-season camps/train-aways. The Marketing Lead will report to the Woodward Pennsylvania General Manager on a regular basis and will work closely with other Woodward Pennsylvania marketing staff to bring all marketing materials to life. Additionally, the Marketing Lead will work with the Woodward HQ marketing team to ensure there is cohesion between Woodward Pennsylvania and the other Woodward locations.

ESSENTAIL DUTIES //
1.) Woodward Pennsylvania Marketing Lead works closely with ambassadors (sales staff) and content teams to ensure all marketing needs are met, including:
• Organized content library
• Strategy and writing for social, website, and email marketing
• Analysis of marketing success via measurement and reporting
• Production of printed materials
• Management of PR, Event, and Sponsorship needs

2.) Social content and community management, organization, and writing
• Develops posting cadence and content strategy for social across all relevant media networks
• Uses Podio Workflow Management to schedule postings, input titles/descriptions, and tag brand/athletes/locations
• Writes copy for social posts and works with content team to identify images/videos for social
• Replies to social comments, retweets, etc

3.) Website updates and management of Woodward Pennsylvania portion of the campwoodward.com
• Updates Drupal CMS with relevant content updates (photos and copy)
• Develops blog strategy and writes, schedules, and posts blog content

4.) Email marketing strategy and writing via Inntopia and IBM Watson
• Manages an email strategy (deployment schedule, relevant content, database, etc)
• Writes all email copy and works with content team to code all email content
• Manages Inntopia database to optimize email marketing

5.) Printed materials strategy, writing and distribution
• Identify print needs for Woodward Pennsylvania (brochures, postcards, magazine ads, promo cards, etc)
• Work with content team to design and produce print materials using HQ provided templates

6.) PR and local outreach main point of contact
• Contact person for PR and media to ensure any video/photo shoots, articles, and general site-visits are organized and executed
• Engage local marketing outlets (local newspapers, schools, skate-shops, etc)

7.) Ensures all necessary content is created to support sponsorship and pro relationships
• Coordinate Professional Athletes content capture when on site and marketing materials including social, email, and website
• Works with POWDR Sponsorship Team & Woodward Pennsylvania ambassadors & sports leads

• Proficiency in MS Office Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and can handle confidential information
• Highly organized and has experience working on numerous projects simultaneously
• Comfortable leading a team and working in a team-orientated environment to ensure all needs are met ?
• Follows established policies and procedures but can also think innovatively

Dedicated worker who is flexible and willing to work extended hours, especially during camp (June- August)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE //
• BS/BA required with 1-5 years of marketing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Profeissionancy in MS Office

Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
