Job Description

The National and Key Accounts coordinator will primarily help build and implement our Go-to-Market strategies with National and Furniture ‘beachhead’ retailers & chains.  This person will work closely with our retail experience team to build a holistic Go-to-Market strategy that begins with a well contrived business plan, focused on delivering strong sell-through, while maintaining quality, repeatable, brand-positive revenue.

A good candidate will understand how to drive and track sell-through, launch new products and categories, build out POG’s, have strong merchandising skills, plan and execute meaningful events that leave a wake, speak in front of large groups, lead training and new model launch events, creatively maximize their budgets to deliver strong ROI and sell through, motivate shop employee/store manager/buyer with follow through and swag while building strong partnerships/relationships, drive spikes in sales during key promotions and make Traeger a disruptive player in the BBQ Space. This candidate will also be a team player, ready to step in where needed and support our overall common goals. And lastly, you have to have a bit of skill around the grill and enjoy the art of the ‘que!

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or similar regional/national sales experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to communicate regularly with dealer base &Traeger team
Ability to create and present programs to dealers
Comfortable speaking to large groups of dealers
Good Driving Record. Must be able to travel via planes, trains and automobiles
At least 2 years B2B and key account management experience
Ability to track sell through and apply strategy
Ability to understand complex distribution and channel strategy
Ability to set territory objectives, execute and track
Ability to have fun, create relationships with key dealers and staff
Ability to bring the noise and stand out
A love to BBQ and experiment, learn and grow and share your experiences
Overall this position is 50% road/50% office
General Blackout periods of vacation Q2/Q4, with family event exceptions
