LOST Surfboards is in search of a Customer Service Rep to join the team in San Clemente, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY //
As the In-House Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for leading sales to our VIP customers, entering detailed orders into our production system, and assisting the sales team with back end support from our San Clemente offices.
This is an entry level position in the company with potential for growth.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES // include but are not limited to:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to dealer base and consumers via direct contact, phone and email
• Daily support to the sales team
• Manage customer transactions including order entry, credit processing, etc.
• Work with Accounting and Warehouse to insure incoming orders are processed in a timely fashion
• Work with Production to provide customers with product availability updates
• Customer service rep will occasionally be asked to help with outside marketing events and activities
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS //
• A passion and knowledge of surfing and surfboards highly desired
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferably in the action sports industry
• Working knowledge of outlook, excel, and word
• Must have problem solving skills and ability to think autonomously
• Must be able to multi task and perform in a fast paced environment
• Job may require some light lifting and climbing up and down a ladder
• Ability to communicate well with customers
