Wear It To Heart (WITH) is seeking a National Sales Manager in Los Angeles, CA.

Key Initial Responsibilities:
• Train sales staff, implement sales incentive programs and goals to increase employee performance.
• Monitor sales statistics to determine sales quota, inventory requirements and monitor customer preferences.
• Be point to close large sales opportunities; handle and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Manage the inside sales and order processing team.
• Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.
• Build and implement CRM policies
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Negotiate and close agreements with strategic customers
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
• All other duties needed to grow Wear It To Heart

National Sales Manager Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Negotiate and close agreements with strategic customers in tandem with a team
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
• All other duties needed to grow Wear It To Heart
