The Challenge:
As the Product Developer for Wetsuits, you will partner closely with cross-functional brand teams to manage the entire lifecycle of our Wetsuit product line. This role includes but is not limited to sample management and tracking, fit, material selection, system inputs and outputs, cost analysis and negotiation, daily communication with global team, as well as driving sustainability goals through best practice sourcing
The Reward:
Reporting to the Director of Product Development you will be a key piece of the leading the development process for Technical Apparel for the Americas. You will partner with our Hong Kong Sourcing Office and various other vendors to ensure all samples are accurate and delivered on time. You will be an industry leader in the wetsuit category, knowledge, and background in developing and creating technical performance products
