The Challenge:
As the Product Developer for Lifestyle Apparel, you will assist in leading the development process. This role will partner closely with cross-functional brand teams to manage the entire life cycle of our product.  This role includes but is not limited to sample management and tracking, fit, material selection, system inputs and outputs, cost analysis and negotiation as well as driving sustainability goals through best practice sourcing
 
 
 
The Reward:
Reporting to the Director of Product Development you will be a key piece of the leading the development process for apparel for the Americas. You will partner with our Hong Kong Sourcing Office and various other vendors to ensure all samples are accurate and delivered on time. Taking the lead on research and development of new materials, fabrics and construction techniques you will have the opportunity to push innovation for our products
 
 
 
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have:
Have a minimum 7 years of experience in product development
Prior experience working with overseas suppliers or Sourcing Offices
Prior experience working in a wholesale business model
Experience in product construction/materials and print techniques/component level cost management and calendar adherence management
Previous experience managing assigned categories to ensure on time samples that meet target margins, design intent and brand quality and sustainability standards
Expereince with creation and maintenance of styles in PLM, accountable for data integrity
Managed a calendar to ensure all critical milestones are met (support peers across departments) to meet all deadline deliverables and ensure fully commercialized product prior to PO issuance
Partnerned closely with production team on all production deliverables
