SUMMARY:
The Ecommerce Merchandising Associate is responsible for implementing digital content strategies and maintaining the product catalog for the full life cycle for the Roxy brand for the North Americas regions. They will manage the process for digital experiences, ensuring to continuously improve the customer journey and optimization to drive sales, traffic and conversion. This role will support in strategizing and executing the site merchandising plan, as well as ensuring all marketed items and assets are properly sequenced, scheduled and published live to the website. To achieve this, they will partner with Brand, E-Commerce Buyers, Digital Marketing, Digital Production Agency and M&D to build out compelling, consumer-centric content and product, with a focus on end to end customer experience and maintaining the authenticity of the Roxy brand.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the campaign GTM calendar and promotional activity by partnering with cross-functional team members in Digital Marketing, Brand, and Merchandising Buyers.
Manage site content calendar, providing overall direction and cadence for updates on homepage, product landing pages, and product detail pages.
Responsible for overseeing and executing end to end setup of all product assortment for the site, including but not limited to administering photo shoots for image production, confirming site inventory, product image and copy audits, updating navigation filters, coordinating copy, product data uploads, reviewing default colors and categories, style activation, sequencing, site QA.
Maintain website using customer-first mind set and collaborating with brand, marketing and buying team on product performance and elevating items.
Create and execute category specific site merchandising optimizations and enhancements, determining attribute structure, navigation and product listing pages to drive product discoverability and conversion.
Ensure product discounts and eventual deactivation are displayed as intended on site for promotional activities.
Analyze and report on customer feedback and journey to strengthen the overall site experience.
Provide weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting on site and marketing performance utilizing web analytics on category performance / navigation performance / and overall funnel reporting.
Drive site strategy for enhancements and development improvements to improve sales and conversion. Monitor website to identify and report issues.
Continually evaluates market trends, consumer trends, and competition within the ecommerce space.
Drive optimization and deployment of engaging and compelling content partnering with marketing channels in line with digital goals to drive brand growth and operational efficiency.
 
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
2-3 years ecommerce and/or product merchandising experience.
Highly analytical with ability to provide data-driven recommendations action plan.
Detail oriented, with excellent follow-through skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities.
Solution-driven problem solver.
Ability to execute to timelines and provide timely solutions.
Collaboratively work with cross functional teams and develop peer to peer relationships.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
Ability to perform work onsite in the Huntington Beach office with hybrid work schedule
 
 
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Experience in Sales Force Commerce Cloud (Demandware).
Experience with web analytics (Adobe Analytics/Content Square).
Experience in the brand lifestyle industry; work within a vertical ecommerce environment and for a brand that     operates in all channels of wholesale, retail, ecommerce and marketplaces.
