The Challenge:
As the Global Marketing Creative Director, you will be responsible for the aesthetic of Billabong Women’s Marketing across all platforms globally. You will lead a team of creatives to concept and creatively execute against all brand elevation moments to bring life to our events, brand campaigns, special collections, and athletes. Working under the direction of the VP of Global Marketing you will develop creative briefs for all regions and provide concepts for key brand activations that will continue the Billabong Women’s goal of sharing the magical feeling of wave riding with the world.

Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven experience in leading a global marketing team
Demonstrated experience and success in campaign development and execution
Demonstrated marketing leadership experience in the print and digital spaces
Demonstrated experience to plan and execute a range of marketing activities including, advertising, point of sale, events and promotions
Extensive knowledge of consumer behavior in the retail environment
Previous experience managing external creative relationships (i.e., third party agencies and contractors)
The ability to build and manage business relationships (both internally and externally)
A deep understanding and passion for surf/skate/art subcultures
An authentic connection to Billabong Women’s that will translate to deep connections with our consumers
