The Challenge:
As the Construction Coordinator you will work with the Director of Leasing & Store Development to support the entire division of leasing and store development. You will work with a diverse group of stakeholders to manage the coordination of all new store and remodel processes from pre-construction planning to store opening. Consistently managing stakeholder expectations, project schedules, budgets, and assets you will be a pivotal piece to the success of our retail fleet.
 
 
 
The Reward:
You will work on exciting new remodels to current retail locations to improve flow throughout the store, maximize curb appeal and improve overall store image. You will have a tremendous opportunity to work side-by-side with company stakeholders and expand your knowledge in retail construction.
 
 
 
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have:
2+ years of experience in Construction and/or Tenant Coordination for Retail Industry
Experience with managing contractors or subcontractors, inspections, and scheduling
Knowledge of maintenance procedures and the ability to problem solve and oversee repair scope
Knowledge of all key architecture, engineering, and construction management principles
Prior experience working with retail location is strongly preferred
Excellent organization skills
Experience with CAD and other design development/rendering software
Possesses a network of recommended Contractors, Vendors, Suppliers, Maintenance Providers
Site work at General Contractor experience is a plus.
