The Challenge:
As the Finance Controller you will focus on financial controlling of expenses for the Distribution Center on West Coast by Boardriders and 3PL Operations on the West Coast and Canada. You will oversee the development, harmonization and enhancement of the existing KPI architecture.
The Reward:
You will work closely with leadership at the Distribution Center and with the Chief Financial Officer to identify potential improvements within the Distribution center and 3PL operations. In this position you will be vital to ensuring success for the organization and providing expertise to improve processes
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have:
A University degree in Business Administration/Finance/ Controlling or other related fields
System expertise: excellent MS office skills (especially Excel), fundamental SAP (FI/CO), BI, project management specific tools
3-6 years of work experience in related fields
Previous experience partnering with D&L, Fulfillment and Sourcing
A deep business understanding of product creation processes and structure
The ability to maneuver and work in a consistently changing environment and among different management levels of a global organization
The ability to operate cross-functionally and understand external business drivers
Experience in Project Management
