SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Global Digital Catalog Manager, the Global Digital Catalog Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the overall end-to-end management of global seasonal catalog creation; including timelines, scheduling and processes for both digital and printed catalogs.  The Global Digital Catalog Coordinator will oversee the full image process for US digital catalog creation with a focus on footwear and apparel. This role works closely with Design teams, Product managers, the Photo studio and Marketing teams to ensure all catalog related needs are met, executed, delivered and maintained each season.  This is a fast paced, deadline driven, high volume environment that requires high motivation, meticulous attention to detail and clear communication.  The Global Digital Catalog Coordinator works in conjunction with the wider Global Digital Catalog team and also assists the Agency manager with additional projects when needed.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help manage seasonal catalog creation timeline, schedules and processes for both online and printed catalogs in conjunction with the Global Digital Catalog Manager.
Coordinate the overall US digital catalog process (footwear and apparel) with the global catalog team to ensure each season runs smoothly.
Liaise with Design teams, product managers and photo studio on seasonal needs and process.
Manage all US catalog related assets including, image formats, asset uploads, sequencing, and archiving.
Create global catalog drafts for validation.
Support marketing teams with the digital catalog tool / printed catalog requirements per season.
Oversee catalog proof validation.
Build custom catalogs outside of the digital tool, when applicable.
Gather and track catalog costing per season.
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Print Catalog Creation/ Line List Building.
MAC Proficiency.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Bridge).
Knowledge of Offset Printing Industry/Terminology.
Ability to learn pagination module.
Understanding of production process and workflow.
Understanding of global work methodology.
