SUMMARY:

The Data Entry Clerk will aid the HR and Payroll departments by entering all employee data into SuccessFactors. This position is responsible to ensure all data is accurately recorded and is aligned with the payroll calendar. A successful Data Entry Clerk will have an analytical mind, a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with all areas of the business.
This position is part-time and offers flexible work hours.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all data entry into the HRIS system
Maintain data integrity by following audit processes
Collaborates with HR and Payroll to resolve data issues
Analyze and problem solve
Execute assignments according to payroll deadlines
Other administrative duties as assigned
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Microsoft Office Suite
Organized
Excellent verbal and written communication
 
 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Working toward a degree with a focus in Human Resources
Experience with SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS system
