RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform general activities of Warehouse Clerk II. Receiving Lead the receiving team by effectively executing all receiving functions.
Formulate and review inbound deliveries.
Schedule inbound shipments.
Create daily and adhoc reports.
Maintain communication with the Operations team as required.

Picking/Shipping Lead the shipping team by effectively executing all shipping functions.
Route and schedule outbound shipments.
Ensure VAS requirements are met for designated customers.
Ability to troubleshoot the shipping program.
Prioritize customer orders by service levels.
Create daily and adhoc reports.
Maintain communication with the Operations team as required.

Overstock/Returns In coordination with the Receiving Supervisor, analyze storage requirements for the upcoming season.
Coordinate all End-of-Line movements.


Assist with the training and development of associates.
Utilize an advanced understanding of multiple departmental activities to effectively problem solve and support established performance and service standards
Effectively allocate resources and prioritize assignments to ensure the accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks
Participate in the assessment of activities and resources to assist in continuous improvement
All other assigned activities
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to read, write and speak basic English
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software.
Potential operation of Powered Industrial Equipment including but not limited too – Order Pickers
Reach Trucks
Pallet Jacks

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including but not limited too – Walking
Standing
Lifting

Comfortable working in a warehousing environment within proximity of Powered Industrial Equipment
