SUMMARY:
The Americas Digital/Social Media Specialist is responsible for assisting the Global Digital/Social Media Marketing Manager in all aspects that relate to demand creation and brand building on all digital and social platforms for the Billabong Women’s business in the Americas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in developing content to support eCommerce/social initiatives such as blog posts, emails, social postings, and sweepstakes
Execution of the Influencer Program in the US; identifying potential bloggers/ambassadors, communication, ordering & shipping & organizing product, tracking/reporting
Primary person to run the daily execution of the US social media platforms – coordinate, consolidate, build, grow, post, monitor, and report
Assist in eCommerce studio shooting needs for marketing objectives, including sample gathering and prep
Web analytics & social media reporting daily/weekly/monthly
Market research through influencer and social media listening
Develop and execute digital/social contests
Brief internal and external creative team for building and delivery of content appropriate to the marketing initiatives that are needed weekly/monthly
Assist in social ad buying execution
Copywriting for seasonal campaigns/product needs
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
2+ years of experience in digital/social marketing for a lifestyle brand
In studio/lifestyle content creation
Highly productive/multi-tasking/self-starter
Comprehensive understanding of the Billabong brand and culture
