SUMMARY:
Located in our Head Quarters Offices in California – Huntington Beach, reporting to the IT Operations Team Lead, part of Corporate Systems Department, working in a global environment and team, your mission consists in executing the detailed design and configuration of the Buying / Supply Chain business processes, guaranteeing the core model stability and globalization, and integrating potential differentiation in regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with the IT Team in the analysis and decomposition of current or future business processes, handle requirements detailed description in collaboration with Business Teams, and design and configure the SAP system to support the organization’s "To-Be" process vision. This implies providing design for integration with all other modules of SAP FI-CO, SD, LE, TR, WM and other external applications
For the relevant SAP AFS components that support the Material Lifecycle / Purchasing / Inventory Management, design systems specifications, develop, test, and implement cost effective solutions,
Manage projects within Supply Chain domain, coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, provide post-implementation production support, troubleshoot in support of current projects as well in general support issues
Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business design with the end user community
Working with the end user teams in the identification of business processes and system tasks to be documented as well as providing training to the end user training and development team, and provide guidance to the businesses on appropriate use of the SAP system
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree Required
3+ years’ SAP experience in Fashion & Distribution Industry (at least 2 projects; preferably last 2)
Able to work in a project environment, work with cross-functionally and global teams
