SUMMARY:
            The E-Commerce Sr. Finance Analyst is responsible for establishing and managing budget targets for the North America E-commerce operations of Boardriders, assisting with the development of action plans for E-commerce Operations, coordinating daily, monthly sales and expense targets for team members and management, managing channel and brand P&L’s, expense controlling and other activities with operational counterparts to identify and act on opportunities. ?
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish target sales, gross margin and profitability levels for all Boardriders’ websites (by channel, by brand, by category, by region) working side-by-side with the VP of E-Commerce for North America.
Coordinate with E-commerce team members to understand performance and trend for the Company owned direct-to-consumer sites as well as third-party online marketplaces. 
Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales, margin and expense targets with the E-commerce operations teams and be able to communicate performance to management on a daily basis.
Develop actionable initiatives to achieve sales targets, in conjunction with operational counterparts in all selling channels.
Work closely with Accounting to facilitate month-end close procedures.
Develop and distribute monthly and quarterly, regional and global financial results to Finance, Executive Management, and Board of Directors.
Develop and distribute periodic regional financial forecasts.
Develop strategic business cases for sales initiatives, investments, new vendors or new markets.  Implement routine reviews and action plans regarding various sales and promotion initiatives.
Create ROI analysis to help facilitate capital decision making.
Perform data analytics around channels, categories, customers, materials, and direct spending.
Analyze product, category and brand life cycles.
Review sku productivity targets appropriate to each channel and category.
Develop appropriate gross margin models, while providing insights to product, freight, and other indirect costs.
Drive special projects and prepare ad-hoc analysis as available.  
Assist with team and system integration requirements to incorporate Billabong brands into existing platforms and reports.
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
Minimum 5 years of progressive finance and management experience.
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
Balanced.  Analytical and creative thought leader, with strong business acumen.
Proactive.  Not waiting, driving forward. Sees beyond the next step.
Influencer.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to positively influence across a diverse community.  
Analytical.  Superior skills that balance intuition with data support; keen attention to detail.  
Very skilled in Microsoft Excel.

Organized.  Proficient in project planning, prioritizing and controlling job responsibilities to meet deadlines efficiently and easily.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. 
SAP, BPC, Microsoft Office, Business Objects (BI) systems knowledge.
 
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
MBA/CPA preferred.
