The CRM/Email coordinator is responsible for assisting with the execution, scheduling and analysis of all email campaigns. As a member of the digital team, this person will be responsible for coordinating, validating, sending, and tracking all customer-facing emails.
Coordinate & execute email communications programs. Ensure accurate and on-time campaign delivery.
Partner with various teams to compile assets and traffic emails through the routing and approval process
Assist with organizing contacts into logical groups, segments, tags, etc.
Execute database growth strategies across multiple channels
Create campaign messaging consistent with company brand
Analyze and report campaign results and KPIs, highlighting successes, trends and opportunities, including email A/B testing
Cross-channel CRM coordination and execution including but not limited to: email, SMS, and catalog
1-3 years’ web content and email management
Working knowledge of HTML and ability to build HTML emails
Working knowledge of Adobe photoshop that includes but not limited to: slicing for web
Experience working with an email platform in a self-service setting
Passion for the sports lifestyle (Surf, Skate, Snowboard)
Proficient in web analytics tools such as; Google Analytics and Omniture
Very strong organization, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Excellent project management skills and ability to align efforts across multiple departments
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
BA/BS degree preferred
Knowledge of Adobe Campaign/Neolane and/or Mailchimp
