SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordinating CRM specific initiatives including: loyalty, consumer acquisition programs and programmatic emails. Will work closely with the CRM manager to drive customer loyalty, increase lifetime value and find ways to keep customers engaged with the brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and execute marketing efforts for the loyalty & retention programs, working cross-functionally with multiple teams (i.e. Digital Factory, Retail and Brand teams) for alignment with established strategies
Manage daily operations of the loyalty program including the marketing calendar, promotional planning and measurement/analytics.
Foster and maintain a strong consumer relationship by developing CRM activations that lead to higher retention, engagement and loyalty.
Monitor and maximize the use of marketing automation (including dynamic content) to deliver effective campaigns via email, loyalty app and other digital messaging channels.
Analyze and report on campaign results highlighting successes, trends and opportunities.
Work with CRM manager to develop and execute retention strategies and cross-channel consumer acquisition campaigns to meet CRM growth goals.
Maintain pulse on industry trends and best practices, technologies, competitive landscape, etc.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
Loyalty experience, especially applied within an omnichannel environment, is a must
2-4 years digital marketing experience in fashion or retail with proven track record of developing and managing retention programs
Experience working with an email platform in a self-service setting
Excellent project management skills and ability to align efforts across multiple departments
Very strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Understanding of Ecommerce analytics
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
BA/BS degree preferred
Knowledge of Adobe Campaign/Neolane and/or Mailchimp
