SUMMARY:
As associate product manager, you will manage user experience strategies and feature development of small and medium size projects that will support business objectives of eCommerce web properties. A key component of this role is completing detailed and often complex requirements that promote a best in class customer experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produces detailed requirements documents, wireframes, use cases, and other web development materials. Works with UX designer on mocks.
Develops business cases, and ROI analysis for proposed global and regional eCommerce investments.
Maintains project roadmaps. Prioritize based on eCommerce strategies, KPIs, analytics data, qualitative data, market research and other sources
Leads projects through all stage of the project lifecyle, working with marketing, IT, creative, customer service and other cross functional groups
Works with analytics team to create post-launch reports. Applies insights gained to future roadmap development and feature iterations
Manages mobile game app. Manages vendor, releases, and quality assurance. Manage roadmap for the app
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field.
3 years of experience in eCommerce product management or business analysis in an IT environment.
Understanding of the software development life cycle process and complex enterprise systems.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Passion for emerging technologies and retail.
Demandware / Commerce Cloud and Jira ideal.
