As the Junior Brand Digital Designer, your job is to create key art assets and style guides that fuel our global digital channels including ecommerce, social media, digital advertising, product marketing, and brand storytelling.
Focused primarily on our digital audience and consumer you will work closely with the Creative, Product and Marketing leads to bring seasonal stories to life, building digital asset packages, lookbooks, paid social media campaigns and experiential brand marketing. In addition to high level design skills, we are looking for swiss-army-knife whose talent potentially extends into motion graphics, illustration, presentation design, retouching, or other related disciplines. Our goal is to maintain a fast and nimble full-service creative agency capable of delivering excellence in the face of ever-changing tactics and constant deadlines. Reporting to our Global Brand Creative Director, this position will be a critical player on our creative and digital marketing team -- which exists to drive consideration for the brand AND to equip our regional production teams to execute efficiently and consistently across all digital channels. Experience developing consumer campaigns and working across mediums is critical with a keen understanding of layout and visual hierarchy on desktop, mobile, email, social media, and interactive experiences will be vital for success.

Digital-first design experience with knowledge of social media and e-commerce best practice guidelines to ensure we are implementing design that engages and drives conversion
Design of key-art concepts to drive the sell-in and sell-through process, evolving them in complexity as they grow from initial story concept to full go-to-market style guide and omni-channel asset package
Design high-level global brand storytelling asset packages that transcends region and channel as well as regional projects that may require bespoke design execution
Collaborate with the Creative, Product and Marketing leaders on seasonal releases calendar
Support an overarching visual language to harmonize product categories and delivers a consistent brand experience to our consumers
Partner with our Photography Producer to ensure needs are met with photoshoots
Edit and retouch photo assets when needed
Develop logos, typography, and other identity assets that support new products, technologies, programs, and events
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related discipline
An authentic connection to skate/fashion/streetwear culture is ideal with a proven ability to design for new audiences
Proficiencies across the Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
A diverse portfolio reflecting sophistication in concept development, typography, layout, photo editing, and general artistry
Light front end coding experience would be a plus, and/or technical understanding of working with developers and implementation of UX
A finger-on-pulse pursuit of new techniques in software, social media applications, and digital communication
A spirit to collaborate and learn in a team-based environment
Experience designing in a brand or agency environment an advantage
Experience in mobile-first optimization and design
Experience in A/B testing of UI/UX design with Conversion Rate Optimization team to ensure optimized user experience and minimize drop off user rates. Additionally, running A/B conversion optimization for use case scenarios
