SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for Regional Purchase Order issuance and maintenance for all product categories associated with a specific Brand(s) inline and SMU. They will be responsible for communication, issue resolution and monitoring uncovered demand. The position requires the ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines, quickly shift priorities, and strong organizational skills. Â This position works closely with Merchandise Planning, Regional Fulfillment and Sales Operation teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regional purchase order issuance, ensuring PO detail accuracy
Purchase order maintenance
Minimize  supply delays by working with Vendor Management on delivery negotiation prior to PO issuance
Maximize demand by monitoring uncovered sales orders
Execute purchase order modifications for inventory transfers
Support for logistics and customs team on any purchase order discrepancies versus clearance documents
Cooperatively work with operational teams to ensure information is submitted timely for PO execution
Cooperatively work with planning staff to resolve issues on buy submission
Ensure all calendar deadlines are met
Plan and execute special projects as assigned by Management

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
2+ years’ in supply chain, production, procurement, or sales operations experience
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred – 2 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
Proficiency with excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Critical thinking and highly developed analytical skills
Ability to effectively and accurately communicate across all levels and all departments

SAP Knowledge
Experience in similar industry – apparel/footwear/consumer goods
