SUMMARY:
As the Jr. Recruiter you will be responsible for full-Lifecyle recruitment of entry level positions. Additionally, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, recruiting, and selecting candidates for open positions. This position is based out of our Huntington Beach corporate headquarters. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
You will partner closely with an aligned recruiting team to understand specific talent needs to successfully build a pipeline of active and passive top talent through various channels
Interview and assess technical and business skills
Full lifecycle recruitment for entry level positions
Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR to ensure the right talent is being identified and hired
Manage candidate application and interviewing process
Act as a candidate advocate ensuring a positive interviewing process
Assess and strategically source for critical pipeline positions including workforce planning, internal talent leverage, passive candidate acquisition, continuous sourcing, and onboarding
Ensure a candidate-centric approach that is aligned with both the needs of the candidate and our brand promise
Ensure diversity and inclusion is embedded in our recruiting processes and approach
Understand and comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations
 
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
Minimum two years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience within a fast-paced organization
In-depth knowledge and understanding of recruitment strategies, processes and best practice
Expertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean searching, experience with a wide array of specialized sourcing tools, and a deep understanding of the primary sourcing methodologies
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environment with all levels, including senior leadership
 
 
 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Previous HR business partnering experience
Experience recruiting within action sports industry is a plus
