SUMMARY:
 
Process receipt of drop shipment inventory and manage related billing
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Process required export/import documentation and timely submission in accordance with department Deadlines
Processing/Receiving Samples from the fulfillment Team
Processing customs imports paperwork (commercial invoice documents and data for customs brokers
Printing/ Scanning & Organizing Documents to buyer
Initiate Change Request for documents or data changes, elevate issues requiring document completion
Ensure prompt, accurate and efficient handling of communications concerning shipments and any other relevant aspect of the department
Utilize various functions in SAP, including but not limited to goods receipt, delivery, Etc.
Audit freight bills to ensure all charges and customs declaration is accurate to create billing to buyer
 
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
Proficiency in SAP
High accuracy rate of data entry
Dependable
Adaptable/flexible -May perform other duties as assigned.
Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills are critical to ensure timely processing of Invoices to buyer and communication with Fulfillment department
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge base
Proficient to advance in MS Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. -Sound analytical abilities and acute attention to detail required, High energy, proactive, and highly organized with an ability to manage and complete multiple tasks on time, highly detail oriented and self-driven to improve
 
 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Logistics/ Transportation, or another related field experience preferred.
