The Sales Operations team is responsible for providing the highest level of service to sales management, sales representatives, and wholesale customers to achieve company sales goals. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, your mission is to deliver Boardriders products in-full and on-time to a group of assigned key accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and maintain orders for assigned group of sales representatives and customers
Become a subject matter expert for your territory and advocate for your accounts
Eager to learn all product lines, assortments, and key styles
Responsible for anticipating and preventing issues that impact customer satisfaction
Standard Sales Support Tasks (including, but not limited to): data entry for manual orders, order maintenance, order status updates, and ad-hoc reporting
Connect with Sales Management and Sales Representatives daily to resolve outstanding requests – never down time
Monitor and respond to all direct phone or email requests from customers within 24 hours
Follow policies and procedures to guarantee that customers are notified of all issues/risks related to orders at least 45 days before the requested delivery dates
Build sales tools and provide product recommendations based on ATP (Inventory Available-To-Promise)
Identify sales opportunities within territory and build plan to meet replenishment goals
Responsible for understanding all customer EDI, VAS, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with the Accounting department to monitor and resolve credit issues
Create cases in SalesForce.com to resolve issues and work closely with Sales Management on necessary approvals for customer requests
Work closely with other Specialty and Key Account Sales Operations Coordinators to help the team balance workloads
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3 + years retail and/or customer service experience
Microsoft Office required; MS Excel proficiency required
Experience supporting EDI customers preferred
SAP experience preferred
SalesForce.com experience preferred
Must be organized, detailed oriented and able to multi-task
Self-starter with positive outlook
Must enjoy a fast paced environment with many demands
